- Refund Service Fees
- You must agree to any decision made by iSoul.Life for refunding the service fees to your clients in case of any dispute raised by the clients.
- True personal information on public profile
- The information stated on the public profile of your personal information, particularly in the qualifications and experiences, for the client to view is true. Any misrepresentation of the personal information may lead to immedate termination of the members of iSoul.Life and the service revenues would be refunded to clients.
- Service Revenue and Payment Handling Fees
- After deducting handling fees charged by stripe.com, you will get 70% of service fees paid by the your clients. 30% of service fees will go to 2ConnectMe, on behalf of iSoul.Life, for maintaining and operating the services on this platform.
- After collecting service fees from your clients, 2ConnectMe, on behalf of iSoul.Life, will deposit the 70% of the said service fees to your account on stripe.com within seven business days.
- Data Privacy
- You must agree to the data privacy of 2ConnectMe service.
- iSoul.Life can terminate any advisor account when the advisor does not comply any of the terms and conditions above.
